Tara’s Triple Excellence Online Meditation Program is based on wisdom teachings of Green Tara transmitted to Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa and passed down in an unbroken transmission of lineage masters to Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche.  This structured, step-by-step program offers daily instructions and guided meditations that provide the tools to transform stress, fear, anger, and confusion into great strength, patience, kindness and clarity.
