Program Highlights:

Extensive Teachings on the Twelve Links of Dependent Origination: Explore essential teachings of Buddhism with Khenpo Urgyen Tenpel as he explains the Twelve Links of Dependent Origination. Understanding the Twelve Links opens and deepens our connection to all of the Buddha’s teachings.

Morning and Evening Community Practice: Engage in communal practice sessions to enhance your meditation and deepen your connection with fellow dharma practitioners.

Delicious Vegetarian Meals: Enjoy three delectable vegetarian meals per day, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Nature Immersion: Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Gomde California during the summer season. Enjoy leisurely swims in the river, explore scenic hiking trails, and bask in the tranquility of our secluded forest retreat environment.

Integration Day: Sunday will be dedicated to practice, allowing you to reflect on and integrate the teachings and practices shared throughout the retreat. Engage in guided meditations, contemplative walks, and group discussions to deepen our understanding.

Program Details:

• Duration: Four nights, from Wednesday (July 10) to Sunday (July 14).
• Location: Gomde California, nestled in the picturesque coastal mountains of Mendocino County.
• Accommodation: Lodging options are available on-site via the registration page, or opt to stay off-site in a local hotel or airbnb.
• Facilities: Access to the Buddha Halls, communal spaces, showerhouse, and outdoor recreational areas.
• Prerequisites: All levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
