In-depth Exploration of the Four Seals of the Dharma: Enter into the foundations of the Buddhist view as Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche elucidates the transformative wisdom encapsulated in the Four Seals of the Dharma. In the comforting Buddha Hall of Gomde California, we will gain meaningful insight to bring more understanding and purpose into our lives.

Morning and Evening Community Practice: Deepen your formal meditation practice with fellow Dharma students in communal meditation sessions guided by Tsangsar Rinpoche and our residential practitioners.

Nourishing Vegetarian Cuisine: Enjoy three exquisite vegetarian meals daily, thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced, fresh ingredients to nurture body and mind.

Immersive Nature Experiences: Bask in the serene beauty of Gomde California during the summer months. Enjoy rejuvenating swims and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of a secluded forest retreat.

Integration Day: Sundays are devoted to deepening your practice and assimilating the teachings imparted during the retreat. Engage in guided meditations, contemplative walks, and group discussions to internalize the wisdom of the Dharma.

Program Details

Duration: Four nights, from Wednesday (June 19) to Sunday (June 23).

Location: Gomde California, nestled amidst the breathtaking coastal mountains of Mendocino County.

Accommodation: Choose from on-site lodging options available through the registration page or opt for off-site accommodations in a local hotel or Airbnb.

Facilities: Access to the Buddha Halls, communal spaces, showerhouse, and outdoor recreational areas.

Prerequisites: Open to individuals of all levels of experience, from novices to seasoned practitioners.

*All participants are requested to contribute service-practice during the program. If you are unable to offer physical service due to specific circumstances, please contact us at coordinator@gomdeca.org.

Online Attendance: Information regarding online participation will be available in mid-May 2024.

Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche
Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche was born in 197​5​. After finishing a three-year retreat, which he began at age 13, h​​e took on the responsibility of Retreat Master at the seat of his father and ancestors at Tsangsar Lha Lam Osel Ling.
